Starting a Collection Program and Convincing People to Pay for Collection -- Outreach Examples

These examples and ideas are from the 40 village representatives who attended our AFE 2012 Session.  We worked on how to effectively educate/convince/outreach our communities to participate in, and pay for, a collection program. We broke into groups, with each group taking a different media.
